Story

Large Yellow Cayenne is a striking color variant of the classic Large Cayenne, distinguished by its bright yellow pods that ripen to a golden hue. This variety combines the elongated shape and substantial size of the Large Cayenne with a unique yellow pigmentation, offering visual appeal alongside its characteristic sharp heat.

The pods are thick-walled and robust, ideal for drying into yellow flakes or grinding into vibrant powders. The flavor profile retains the clean, direct heat of the cayenne, with subtle fruity undertones enhanced by the yellow coloration. This variety is prized by home gardeners and spice enthusiasts for its sunny appearance and culinary versatility.
