This newer cross has crazy hot chocolate pods with very good taste and a great aroma. Pods start out dark green and ripen to chocolate/rust with a little smoky flavor. Plants grow great in pots and have very high yields under good conditions. Plants should be started as early as possible for best yields. We see pods with a couple of different shapes in this variety, as you can see in the pictures. We think that there is possibly some reaper in these two varieties or Trinidad Scorpion due to some pods having stingers. This is definitely more common with the newer super hot cross.   We have 7-Pots Chaos Red too, if you are interested in that variety as well
