This excellent variety is not as hot as Datil Orange but it makes up for it in shape and flavor. Plants grow to medium size and have very high yields of smaller red pods. Pods dry out easy for powder and Powder from this variety is excellent this is a must grow variety if just for making the powder. But pods are great fresh in cooking or salad if you can take the heat and for Sauces and if you can’t take the heat we have Sweet Datil which is this variety minus the heat
