This newer variety is very interesting a cross that really shouldn’t be. its said to be a cross of Tobasco and BBG Red. This is a cross Spieces cross a rare thing. Tobasco is a C.Fruitescens and BBG is a C.Chinense. Pods look like BBG pods with not sign of Tobasco here but there could be more down the road we think it’s unstable so variation may occur. I was hoping for the treight of Tobasco pods. With pods fermenting on the plant if this was to happen it would be a great sauce variety. Pods have great BBG flavor and high heat. Pods make excellent powder.
