This is one of the parents of the Carolina Reaper, that said this is one very hot variety. It obviously came before the Reaper and it deserves its woes as once the hottest. Pods are medium to thick walled and they have some oil inside, but not enough to cause clumping in powder. Plants grow very well, but the do like warmer weather, like the Trinidad Scorpion Red does and a slight light green plant color is normal. Plants have very good yields with pods in the hundreds on a very good plant but one could expect 50-150 pods per plant.
