This is our must grow varieties. These are varieties we love and grow every year. This list might seem long but we have been growing large numbers of peppers for years, and have many favourites. 

We are going to use a number system to rate these varieties from must grow first, and to need to try. With any variety that has a number one on the bottom of their write up page. These said varieties are sweet to super-hot and are rated specifically on taste and flavour, not heat.
