if you have ever seen a seed sprout up with the shell still on it only to have it die because the shell didn’t come off. This is very common with C.Chinense and some C.Annuum. We use this ever time we germinate at a rate of 1 gram salt Peter to 100ml of water and we add 10ml hydrogen peroxide 3% and then let soak for 24 hours. The hydrogen peroxide 3% adds even more oxygen and sanitizers the seeds at the same time
