This is a excellent powder maker as are all Pequin varieties. Pods are small but Mitty in flavor and heat pods are great for sauces and powders they are thin walled so they dry out easy. Pods Ferment good to for sauces. Plants are medium to large with outstanding yields of first green then yellow pods that are about 1 inch long and 1/4 inch wide. This is a myst grow variety for any saucer or powder maker
