This is a very nice variety that has excellent yields of very tasty hot and sweet pods. Plants grow very well in pots and do ok in the ground here in Canada. Pods start out green and ripen to red. And pods seem to all ripen from top to bottom. Pods are medium think walled but still dry out good for powder. Powder from this variety is very good. This is also a great variety for sauces because pods have a soft texture and will ferment very easy a must grow for any saucer
