This is a very interesting variety we been working on. Pods have very soft texture and is easily fermented. Pods have very good habanero taste and have some sweetness. Plants grow pretty good in cooler climates with good yields a average 100 + pods that start dark green and ripen through yellow/Orange to red. It's at the yellow/Orange when pods start to Soften.
