A excellent variety with very good growth and very high yields of excellent tasting pods with medium heat. Most of the heat is only in the placenta. This variety grows very well in hanging baskets and small container. It makes a very good orange coloured powder that can be use instead of cayenne. And really once you try any Baccatum Powder you will probably won’t use Cayenne again. The stability of this variety is mostly good but some differences have been seen but this is only in shape not color or taste
