This Rare and excellent variety has very nice flavor and nice heat. Plant grow very good in most climates. It is said that this variety comes from the Montains of Peru were the climate is normally cool. Plants have a unique look being one of a few C.Baccatum that has first white pods. Looking similar to some other wild Capsicum. Pods start out white and ripped a deep yellow. If grown in cooler climates pods will start out white with purple. Pods are a good size and dry out easy for powder production. This variety make some of the best flavoured powder . plants have very good yields as well with an average of 70-150 pods pre plant
