This is the classic AJI pepper with large pods 4 inch long or more and some 3/4 inch wide. Pods have great C.Baccatum flavour and pods can be dry out for powder, it just take a little more drying time. Fresh pods are great in cooking, salads and just about anywhere you can use peppers. There heat is just right for a nice heat in any dish or salad. We love using these for powder and jams
