This is one very hot variety with pods that start green and stay green we only seen a couple of pods ripen to a mustard color but these were pods we let go until they were just about falling off the plant. This was our first year growing this variety 2021 season so we let it grow until pods are very ripe. Pods have a great aroma and a slight oil inside there smoking hot with good flavor. Plants grow very good with good yields. Pods can be made into powder but should be mixed
