This somewhat rare variety that comes from southern mexico. It’s a dying strain as it’s not well known and it’s not being grown as much as it was in the past. This is a great sauce variety and powder it has great flavor with mild heat. Plants grow medium sized with first green pods that ripen to red. Pods are medium walled and can be dried out for making powder.
